Private Interactive Tour and Private Studio Workshop

To ensure a smooth process, please note the points below. We would also like to point out that private children’s workshops can only be booked online. Please observe the age restrictions.

Supervision & House Rules
Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children throughout the entire visit. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the event.

Services & Schedule

*Private Interactive Tour
The flat rate includes supervision by an art educator, admission for two adults, the guided tour fee, activity materials, as well as a snack with juice and cookies. The two-hour tour takes place as an interactive guided experience exclusively within the exhibition spaces. A small snack will be provided halfway through the tour.

*Private Studio Workshop
The flat rate includes supervision by an art educator, admission for two adults, the guided tour fee, room rental, workshop materials, as well as a snack with juice and cookies. The first part of the program begins in the exhibition spaces. After the art tour, a small snack will be provided in the studio. This is followed by hands-on experimentation with various painting techniques under professional guidance.

Accompanying Persons
Additional adult accompanying persons are not permitted. Exceptions apply for additional companions for children with disabilities.

Catering
Please note that, due to spatial limitations, outside food is not permitted. A snack will be provided by the museum.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 working days before the scheduled date via email to kunstvermittlung@hortencollection.com. In the case of later cancellation, 100% of the event cost will be charged. In the event of no-show or delays exceeding 30 minutes, the entitlement to the service will lapse. The full invoice amount remains due and payable. In the case of shorter delays, the duration of the tour will be reduced accordingly.
